I am single living in the City park area with my Golden Retriever Simba. I grew up in Florida and am a Huge Florida Gator Fan! Been in the restaurant business for 27 years, have managed for 20 years of which 15 of them have been as a General Manager.
I am currently the GM at a new restaurant concept called Spud Brothers, featuring gourmet french fries with specialty toppings. We’ll be expanding in 2008 so be sure to watch for new locations.
Outside of work? I love to cook in my incredible kitchen I designed of which I often through dinner and BBQ parties throughout the year. I enjoy snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, fishing, camping, rock climbing and just about anything that involves the outdoors and the mountains. For relaxation and stress reliever I get on my small 2300 cc Triumph motorcycle turn on the tunes and head for the mountains.
