Mary Logan

Originally from Fort Smith, Arkansas, Mary moved to Colorado in 2002 to attend the University of Denver and graduated in 2006 with a degree in Finance and a minor in Economics.  Shortly after graduating, she chose to make Glendale  her home.  As a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, Mary has made a career out of insolvency; specializing in receiverships, forensic accounting, bankruptcy, litigation support, restructuring, asset management and business valuation.

From February 2010 to April 2012, Mary served on the Glendale Planning Commission, and from April 2012 to December 2012, served as a Glendale City Council Member.  As a member of City Council, she represented Glendale as the alternate for the Denver Regional Council of Governments and the Transportation Solutions Board, and a member of the Colorado Municipal League.  In December 2012, Mary accepted a position with the US Department of Justice, USTP, and because of DOJ conflict of interest policies she unfortunately had to resign from City Council.  However she excitedly accepted a Glendale Chamber Ambassador position in January 2013, and will continue her involvement as a Glendale YMCA board member, a member of the Metro Denver YMCA International Committee, and as an ongoing volunteer for The ARC.

As a Glendale Resident, Mary's favorite activities include playing at the local parks with her west highland terrier, Beau McGregor; Glendale Raptors Rugby; the Bull & Bush; the YMCA; and hanging out with friends and family.  She also loves exploring colorado.  Regardless of the season, you are most likely to find Mary somewhere outdoors; either skiing, climbing a mountain, camping, fishing, playing tennis or golf, or listening to live music.
