Denver Cherry Creek Rotary Club Brings Community Together Through Service

Local Rotary members continue their commitment to helping others with volunteer projects, community partnerships, and November gatherings.

The Denver Cherry Creek Rotary Club continues to demonstrate that making a difference in the community begins with people willing to give their time, talents, and resources to help others. With a strong emphasis on volunteerism, fellowship, and community involvement, the organization brings together local professionals and residents who share a commitment to service.

Part of Rotary International, a worldwide network of service-minded individuals, the Denver Cherry Creek Rotary Club supports charitable initiatives and community improvement projects throughout the Denver metropolitan area. Its members participate in hands-on volunteer activities, support nonprofit organizations, and develop friendships while working toward a common goal of making their community a better place.

The club has been particularly active this fall. In October, members participated in a neighborhood Paintathon in partnership with Brothers Redevelopment, helping a low-income homeowner with exterior painting. Members also volunteered with Project Worthmore’s Yu Meh Food Share program, which supports refugee communities through food distribution, and helped serve dinner at Joshua Station, a transitional housing facility for families rebuilding their lives after experiencing homelessness.

November Opportunities To Connect

The club has several meetings scheduled throughout November, providing opportunities for members and prospective members to learn about community initiatives and become involved.

On Tuesday, November 3, Adrian Krawczeniuk is scheduled to present a program titled “Ideas.” The club will meet in person at 7:30 a.m. at Morning Story restaurant, located at 560 S. Holly Street in Denver.

A virtual meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, followed by another in-person gathering on Tuesday, November 17, featuring Jodi Fischer, who will provide an update on Adelante. A November 24 gathering is also listed on the club’s calendar, with the program or social activity subject to confirmation.

The club generally meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at Morning Story, with virtual meetings and service or social activities scheduled during other weeks.

For business professionals and community members interested in giving back, the Denver Cherry Creek Rotary Club offers an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while supporting worthwhile causes.

Those interested in learning more about the organization, attending a meeting or participating in an upcoming volunteer project can visit www.cherrycreekrotary.org for additional information and the latest calendar of events.

Members of the Denver Cherry Creek Rotary Club support a variety of charitable organizations and volunteer projects throughout the Denver metropolitan area. The club’s November schedule includes educational programs, fellowship, and opportunities for community involvement.
