Angela Fox:  Former and Forever Mrs. Glendale

The Fox FamilyIf you didn’t think it was possible to sell a house every 10 days think again.  Berkshire Group real estate specialist and Glendale Chamber Ambassador Angela Fox sold over 70 homes in 2012 – even when the market was down.  Bringing almost eight years of expertise, Angela says her success is a result of emphasizing both the personal and professional aspects of real estate and providing topnotch customer service.

“I have a strong background in marketing and an entrepreneur spirit,” Angela explains.  “Not only do I have to market myself, I am hired as a listing agent to market a property.  This background coupled with a master’s degree in management is a perfect fit for me being a successful entrepreneur!”

According to Angela, her business is largely referral-based as her clients refer her to their friends, family and coworkers based on the level of service, expertise and success they experienced while working with her.

Knowledge of the Denver and Front Range real estate markets.

The company employs the latest in online transaction support to keep their clients well-informed.  Their extensive web-based marketing provides a wide range of information about the Denver area, the current real estate market and tools to inform and educate clients about the process of buying or selling residential real estate.

Angela has not only been an Ambassador for the last four years, she is also one of the original members of the Glendale Chamber.  She and her husband Dan attended the first-ever Chamber events, Casino Night and Chamber Awards Dinner.

Recalling the inaugural Awards Dinner, Angela remembers thinking from the beginning that the Chamber had a bright future ahead.

“I remember sitting at the Awards Dinner (at Four Mile House with maybe only six tables of 10 people) and thinking to myself, this is an incredible group of people and a great community.  I really want to get involved with this Chamber and make a difference!”

All these years later Angela continues to recognize the positive impact the Chamber has had on her business.

“The Chamber is an integral part of my business,” she says.  “It is a great platform to meet other business owners and help each other grow our businesses. With so many events, you can regularly stay connected with the members and be a solid resource to help them meet the right people to grow their business.”

Angela describes the Chamber as a family because “everyone is truly involved to help other and give what they can in support, a friendship or a business connection.”  She also says she enjoys welcoming new members and showing them what a solid group the Chamber is, how this Chamber is different and that it can be a great networking resource for them as long as they show up and meet people.

In addition to her ever-growing real estate business and Ambassador position at the Chamber, Angela enjoys spending time with Dan, their two daughters Annie and Emily, traveling and participating in endurance sports such as running, swimming and biking.  She also gives back to the community as the Glendale YMCA Board Events Chair and through her work with the Children’s Museum and Denver Rescue Mission’s Champa House. Angela even competed in the Mrs. Colorado competition as the first ever Mrs. Glendale.  She takes pride in pointing out the “Mrs” in the title!
