John McComas

A full-time, top-producing real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, John McComas serves neighborhoods in and around Denver.  Along with his partner Carl McNew, McComas created the Metro Denver Real Estate Group which is a team comprised of 10 experienced real estate agents.  Over the years he has garnered numerous awards for superior sales production and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert.

McComas was recently nominated for the Central District Directors position for the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) – a local professional association that guides real estate experts.  The organization created a district-leadership model that best represents and supports the local needs and ideas generated by membership throughout the metro Denver area.

A graduate of the University of Colorado where he studied Marketing and Business Management, McComas says his relationship with clients is based on respect, trust and personal friendships.

“I have watched this city change and grow into something very unique and exciting, from the now developed fields in Littleton, where I grew up, to the Glendale/Cherry Creek area where I raised my two girls, Sadie and Hanna with my wife Melissa,” he said.  “I enjoy helping people reach their goals, achieve a certain lifestyle and enhance their investment portfolio.”

As a top selling realtor, John is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (previously the Denver Board of Realtors) and has received the Million Dollar Round Table award for the past three consecutive years.   As an Ambassador for the Glendale Chamber of Commerce for the last three years, McComas serves and participates in his local community.

“Knowing what’s going on in the city helps me keep my finger on the pulse and have great talking points for my clients that are interested in buying and selling in the area,” McComas explained.

McComas has a lot of history with Glendale as his first apartment was in Glendale 24 years ago. For the past 22 years he has lived in Virginia Village, just south of his very first home.

“I use my history, experience and involvement in the local community to better serve my clients, whether looking for their next home to buy or when it’s time to sell,” McComas said.  “I value the confidence and trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations.  My goal is to manage all of their real estate needs in a timely and professional manner, giving them the confidence to refer friends, family and associates.”
