Return gifts that didn’t work out: If a gift didn’t quite work out as expected, the returns process is quick and convenient at any The UPS Store location. Many locations now offer a self-serve kiosk for online returns with participating retailer QR code or pre-labeled drop-off packages.

As customers ship out their packages this holiday season, The UPS Store offers the opportunity to make a difference in their local communities by contributing to the Start Small, Grow Big program. Donations can be made for in-store credit card transactions by rounding up to the nearest dollar. In 2023, The UPS Store network collected $2.9 million customer donations for over 100 regional Junior Achievement areas. Donations will fund Junior Achievement programming which provides school-aged children with lessons in financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship.
