Mendocino Farms Brings ‘Eat Happy’ Vibes To Colorado With First Location In Cherry Creek North

Mendocino Farms, the fast-casual restaurant known for its chef-driven sandwiches, salads, and more, has expanded into Colorado with its first location in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood at 320 Fillmore St. Suite 131. Mendocino Farms officially opened to the public on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, bringing signature fresh ingredients, fearless flavor combinations, and “Eat Happy” vibes to Cherry Creek North.

“We are thrilled to introduce Mendocino Farms to Colorado, starting with Cherry Creek North, a community celebrated for its diverse mix of boutiques, art galleries, fitness studios, and office space,” said Kevin Miles, CEO of Mendocino Farms.

“Since our founding in 2005, we’ve been on a mission to make hearts and stomachs happy by offering more than just great food; we create welcoming gathering places where happiness is always an order away. The neighborhood’s appreciation for quality and innovation aligns perfectly with our ‘Eat Happy’ philosophy, and we’re eager to bring our chef inspired salads and sandwiches to the residents and visitors of Denver. We are excited to be a part of the vibrancy of Cherry Creek North and hope to become a go-to spot for those who frequent the district,” added Miles. The new Cherry Creek North location features Mendocino Farms’ fan favorites including the “Not So Fried” Chicken Sandwich and the Avocado and Quinoa Superfood Ensalada.

This is the first step in Mendocino Farms’ planned expansion, with additional locations expected to be announced in coming months. For more information about the Cherry Creek North location visit mendocinofarms.com/eathappydenver/.
