Peace Of Mind Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio located in Denver, Colorado, that opened in March 2020. Pilates is located on the second floor while they also feature massage therapy on the fourth floor. The Pilates classes are considered semiprivate as the classes are capped off at four participants. Each class is around 50 minutes in length.

I am strong and active and able to enjoy my passion of gardening.”
Peace Of Mind Pilates’ highly trained and PMA Certified Instructors have decades of experience in teaching Pilates. Their clients range in age from 12-86. The studio focuses on Pilates for rehabilitation from injury as well as fitness. Peace Of Mind Pilates is an affiliate studio with Core Compassion Project, a 501(c)3 that provides Pilates scholarships for women and men recovering from breast cancer.

“It [Pilates] brings awareness and alignment to your body,” said Oldefest. “You’re working in the studio on proper alignment so it can help you rehab injury and prevent injury. It helps with athletes, dancers, kids, everyone can do Pilates and everyone should.”
Oldefest is excited to become involved with the Glendale Chamber. “I joined the Chamber to meet other business owners and to connect,” said Oldefest. “I am always wanting to support small businesses and thought why don’t I join?”
