Peace of Mind Pilates in Glendale held its ribbon cutting on September 28, 2023. Mayor Pro-Tem Storm Gloor, Chamber Board member Barb Wyatt, and Jeff Allen, COO of the Chamber, were among the attendees to help make the opening official.
Peace Of Mind Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio located in Denver, Colorado, that opened in March 2020. Pilates is located on the second floor while they also feature massage therapy on the fourth floor. The Pilates classes are considered semiprivate as the classes are capped off at four participants. Each class is around 50 minutes in length.
Marisa Oldefest, founder and CEO of Peace of Mind Pilates, is excited to become involved with the Glendale Chamber. “I joined the Chamber to meet other business owners and to connect,” said Oldefest. “I am always wanting to support small businesses and thought why don’t I join?”
Oldefest is also a Cancer Exercise Specialist and trained on all types of cancers, along with their treatments and can work with individuals during their cancer and recovery.
