Sparkling Oyster Shindig At Jax Fish House A Smash Hit
Oyster Shindig : Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar in Glendale held its first ever Sparkling Oyster Shindig on its rooftop on March 27, 2022. Guests enjoyed unlimited oysters and sparkling wine for one hour on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.

held its first ever Sparkling Oyster Shindig on its rooftop on March 27, 2022. The one-hour event featured multiple oyster stations that were replenished by the diligent staff complete with cooked and raw oysters. Attendees enjoyed music by The Spencer Erik Crawford Band and bottomless sparkling wine to pair with the oysters.
“Our Sparkling Oyster Shindig was an absolute blast,” said Melissa Pite, General Manager of Jax Fish House Glendale. “The rooftop patio at Jax is the perfect space for these kinds of events. It was so much fun to host a party where people were able to mingle, eat, drink, and be merry after so many years of restrictions. We hope to hold many more of these events — or any occasion that gets us on the rooftop slurping oysters on a sunny spring day.”
For the first time in two years, colleges and universities will host in-person, real-time, throw your hat and kiss your Momma graduations. Jax Fish House Glendale will be hosting Mother’s Day brunch as well as Centro, West End Tavern, and all Post restaurants are doing something doubly fun that day. Jax Fish House Glendale will feature bottomless mimosas for $19 and a full brunch menu.
Jax will be opening a new live music venue in Boulder called Velvet Elk Lounge in the first week 
of May. Located right next to The Post in downtown Boulder — just west of the courthouse and south of Hotel Boulderado — it will hold up to 200 people for live local music, private parties, company buy-outs, and just about any other special event one could imagine.
