ESS Building Business Through Relationships

Sherri • September 12, 2013

How do you go from successful paint company to full fledged construction company in less than five years? The answer goes beyond quality materials and competitive pricing. At Earth Saving Solutions (ESS) the key is building relationships with customers.

“The company has grown by focusing on our customers’ needs and providing a high level of service and quality work,” says Finance Manager Michael Hock who joined forces with his brother Chris in early 2013 in order to focus on key clients.

“Chris has built a referral-based business by taking care of his customers and providing quality work on time,” Michael explains. Repeat business and customer loyalty is a direct result of the attention that ESS has dedicated to “performing services professionally, efficiently and consistently for [their] customers.”

The Glendale Chamber has been instrumental in providing support to network and help strengthen relationships through the many monthly networking opportunities hosted by the Chamber.

“The thing I like most about the Chamber is the people and we have a great Chamber that is focused on helping one another.”
